These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of NairaVest — a Nigerian crypto-funded investment platform operated at nairavest.com. By creating an account or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account you enter into a binding agreement with NairaVest. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in Nigeria, and legally able to enter into contracts. You must complete our KYC verification and provide accurate, up-to-date information at all times.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and enabling two-factor authentication. Notify support@nairavest.com immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. Deposits & Crypto Conversion
You may fund your NGN wallet using BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20) or LTC. Deposits are converted to Naira using our live exchange rate plus a transparent spread. The converted NGN amount is credited after on-chain confirmation and admin review.
5. Investment Plans & Returns
Plans pay monthly returns in NGN: Bronze 5.8333%/month (70% APY), Silver 6.6667%/month (80% APY), Gold 7.5%/month (90% APY), Diamond 8.3333%/month (100% APY). Profits begin accruing from the calendar month following your investment date and are paid at the end of each subsequent month.
6. Withdrawals & Fees
Profit withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after admin approval. Capital withdrawals require a 30-day written notice. Bank withdrawals attract a 1.5% fee; crypto withdrawals attract a 2% fee. All payments to bank are made in NGN to your registered Nigerian bank account.
7. Fees & Spreads
We may earn a spread on crypto-to-NGN conversion. All applicable fees are shown before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to update fees with reasonable notice posted on this page.
8. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and monthly returns are targets, not guarantees. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Never invest funds you cannot afford to lose. NairaVest is not a bank and deposits are not insured by NDIC.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, tax evasion, fraud, or any activity that breaches Nigerian law. We may freeze accounts, reverse transactions and report to the EFCC, NFIU or other authorities where required.
10. Intellectual Property
The NairaVest name, logo, website design, code and content are our exclusive property. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or use them without prior written permission.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory reasons, or extended inactivity. Where lawful, your NGN balance and active investments will be returned to your verified bank account, net of applicable fees.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NairaVest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from third-party service outages, blockchain network congestion, or price volatility.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be handled through good-faith negotiation, then referred to arbitration in Lagos under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
